The Dannon Company Associate Manager, Digital Shelf Measurement / Senior Associate Manager, Digital in White Plains, New York

Scope:

  • Scorecard and Tracking: Own with digital shelf measurement scorecarding to track KPI progress against goals, coordinating objectives and action with both Sales and Marketing partners
  • Content Effectiveness: Work with Content and Insights team to analyze and improve processes for content effectiveness measurement
  • Business Integration: Improve digital shelf measurement dashboards to enable drill-down analysis and show high-level business insights. Monitor + report out performance.

Role:

The Associate Manager, Digital Shelf Measurement will report into the Director, Digital Shelf + Capabilities and be responsible for helping to build Best in Class business performance acumen for the Digital Shelf. This person will support the Director, Digital Shelf + Capabilities, by helping to lead a cross-functional team to democratize PICOS (picture of success) scorecarding and execution for Digital Shelf KPIs (In-stock Rate, Content Compliance, Search Placement, Ratings & Reviews). This includes but is not limited to monthly scorecarding, cross-business analytics integration, internal education plan, and measuring content effectiveness. Analytically savvy, this person will improve digital shelf dashboards to enable drill-down analysis and share high-level business insights. In this capacity, they will monitor and report out digital shelf performance and make recommendations to continue to take Danone's digital shelf to the next level. This will enable them to connect with key business stakeholder who impact the KPIs (Sales, Marketing, Operations, eComm) and co-create action plans to improve performance.

Responsibilities:

Champion ongoing ePICOS scorecard progress, using insights to help define priority actions for impact

  • Maintain performance tracking of the digital shelf using performance dashboard, derive insights, share monthly analysis with the teams
  • Make recommendations for product information updates to drive performance improvement, track progress against recommendations
  • Support on going Digital Shelf Content audits to ensure we are measuring Content Compliance across customers
  • Track the impact of digital shelf content optimizations on conversion and champion ongoing content optimization by leveraging digital shelf analytics platform
  • Assist in scaling the eCommerce digital shelf KPI fundamentals across our regions
  • Act as the central point of contact for the eCommerce Managers to review digital shelf opportunities and summarize actions needed back to the Digital Shelf team - measure and diagnose content compliance and content effectiveness to optimize conversion
  • Support eCommerce Managers to share insights that they can bring back to their customers
  • Connect across Digital Shelf Content and Demand Generation to track Share of Search Placement and make recommendations for keyword search opportunities
  • Build and own dashboards for Digital Shelf KPI analytics, focusing on Categories, Brands, Customers, and Competition
  • Maintain Profitero Database to ensure accuracy
  • Own SKU Prioritization as part of the Digital Commerce portfolio strategy

Drive Data Democratization and Business Integration of Digital Shelf KPIs

  • Be the ePICOS liaison and build stakeholder engagement and education training plan
  • Connect with the Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Enterprise Analytics teams for broader insights and analytics integration opportunities -
  • Champion data democratization and drive the integration with retail KPIs for Customer JBP discussions
  • Own/manage the relationships with Profitero and the Circana team that manages the Profitero integration (with A&I support)
  • Partner with Circana and Profitero on Digital Shelf Measurement opportunities
  • Lead Phase 2 of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan to include brand / category management with A&I to support/consult, as needed
  • Set KPI goals and ensure integration with other business reporting
  • Engage and train key stakeholders around KPIs, systems and dashboards

Support continuous optimization of Content via Content Effectiveness measurement

  • Partner with Analytics & Insights team to measure content effectiveness and make recommendations back to Digital Shelf Content team
  • Manage A/B testing strategy and execution in partnership with Content and A&I

This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Snowflake a plus
  • Experience with Content Effectiveness Tools a plus: Vizit, Dragonfly, UserTesting

The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience.
