Topline Finance collaborates with teams across the company to drive long-term growth and profitability at Nutricia-Danone. As a member of our team, you will play an active role in achieving our targets by managing the financial execution of the business plan and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve the strategic priorities for the customers we support along with broader company objectives.

The Associate Manager is a key finance business partner, and this role supports critical financial and planning processes and works closely cross-functional partners to influence business outcomes. This role can be based in White Plains, NY, Broomfield, CO, or Rockville, MD!

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Provide actionable insights to the Sales Organization and help deliver financial commitments, ensure accurate forecasts, identify risks/opportunities, and evaluate customer profitability.
* Assist in the Company Rolling Forecast Process deliverables, and related analysis and commentary. Responsible for the mid-month and D-2 updates.
* Stay close, co-lead, and manage all deliverables related to month-end close
* Collaborate with Finance Director in the GPS Forecast process and co-lead key meetings to during the forecast cycle.
* Provide insightful analysis of business results to Finance Director/VP Finance and perform ad-hoc analysis that lead to problem solving and business improvement recommendations.
* Assist in delivering Profitable Revenue Growth Management and capabilities by driving new processes, tools, training, and analysis.
* Prepare to challenge yourself and business partners to achieve targets. Implement process improvements to unlock and share financial analysis tools as you partner with senior leaders.
* Be creative in creating dashboards and hold quarterly training sessions with the Nutricia team to onboard with new ways of working.
* Serves as a critical linkage to Demand Planning and Sales/Category teams.
* Represent Finance in category team meeting by sharing financial results.
* Working together as an integral part of Topline team

* You have a Bachelor's degree.
* You have strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize & present findings.
* You have experience managing P&L & Financial processes and Targets.
* You have Sales Finance & ROI experience (preferable).
* You are confident in your communication & Leadership competencies.
* You have 4+ years of relevant experience.
* Proven Excel Skills and strength in working with data across systems.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive calendar management and prioritization skills.

The base compensation range for this position is $90k-113k commensurate with experience.
