Maintain a Clean and appealing guest room according to Holiday Inn Express Standards. Strip room of all dirty linen. Empty all trash from room. Make bed up with clean linen. Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, night stand, desk, table, lamps and TV Stand). Replace all used amenities (disposable cups, coffee, etc.) Vacuum Room. Replenish room with everything a room is set up for. Spray air freshener (report any smoking in guest rooms as this is billable item). Replenish all soaps, shampoo and terry. Thoroughly clean bathroom (shower walls, tub, sink, toilet) with cleaner Clean floor. Fold toilet tissue to a point. Notify housekeeping of any cribs, cots, etc.. to be picked up for storages. Turn in all lost and found items to office. Report any maintenance repair items on slip or major impact guest items to supervisor. Always check for marks on walls. Report any damage found to rooms. Shut all lights off when leaving room. Wash room windows as needed. You are responsible from door throughout the whole guest room.
