Now Hiring for a Client Service Representative for a growing medical device company in White Bear Lake, MN!!!

Description

Serve as primary POC for incoming calls from customers and service contacts - 10-30 calls per day, majority of communication is via email

Answer questions from end-user customers on company product, technical issues, warranties,/orders, operation of device, etc.

Accurately document all customer calls into internal CRM (Hubspot) system to monitor and close tickets

Use high empathy, patience, and customer service skills while working with end-user customers on the phone

Coordinate surgeries for customers by working with customers, device reps, and providers/hospitals

Assist accounting team with administrative work and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing/med device company OR BA degree Marketing, Communication, Business, etc. and 6+ months of experience working with customers via phone

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (flexible)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84/hr.
