Demand Planning Manager - Data & Analytics Specialist

Demand Planning Manager – Data & Analytics Specialist for Whippany, NJ to design, develop & implement machine learning models to extract insights from complex datasets and improve demand forecasting accuracy in OMP; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify & prioritize opportunities to introduce machine learning models to optimize processes and workflows; monitor & analyze model performance and make continuous improvements; maintain knowledge of machine learning advancements & recommend best practices; oversee master data maintenance activities to ensure data integrity & efficient and accurate data processing using process automation tools; design & maintain data architecture; develop dashboards & reports for business stakeholders; implement automated solutions & workflows. Requires Bachelor’s in Operations Research, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Analytics or closely-related field & 2 yrs experience designing, developing and deploying demand sensing machine learning models; performing demand forecasting in the consumer health and/or consumer packaged goods industry; creating predictive analytics tools, including interactive dashboards & reports, using PowerBI and Tableau; facilitating SAP transactions in APO & P2R systems to improve efficiency of data processing; designing & maintaining datalakes in Snowflake; performing data blending, cleansing & preparation using Alteryx; creating workflows to automate data processes & standardization across cross-functional teams; and building statistical baseline modeling algorithms to improve forecast accuracy & reduce bias in demand plan.
