Description We are in search of a Doc Specialist to join our team located in Wheeling, West Virginia. The role involves crucial responsibilities in the legal sector, including processing of documentations, support in word processing and customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of text data and graphic files in a timely manner.

• Provide support in word processing to all personnel, ensuring adherence to client standards and formats.

• Conduct quality control on all finished work, ensuring that output meets the requestors' standards.

• Troubleshoot general PC problems and provide support to colleagues in answering questions and system operations.

• Intermediate level operation of Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word.

• Utilize software programs such as Marking Tables of Authority, Delta View Word Compare or similar redlining software programs.

• Monitor assignments on a regular basis.

• Understand and execute the strategy of hands-on customer service.

• Support in operations by answering queries and providing information.

• Ensure all customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suites, and other Software Programs

• Experience with Workstation Support and Troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Hiring Processes and ability to Execute them effectively

• Familiarity with Quality Control practices

• Proficient in Word Processing and PC OS

• Certification in A Plus is preferable

• Understanding of Markings and Perks

• Experience in Redlining and Photocopying/Scanning documents

• Ability to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities
