Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance on punch presses, cartoners, tapers, cutters, aluminum winders, thermoformers, sheeters, and wax machines.

  • Move machines between production facilities.

  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance.

  • Work specifically with Allen Bradley PLC.

  • Handle voltages up to 480V.

  • Spend 85% of the day performing preventative maintenance and repairing machinery.

  • Spend 15% of the day at other facilities repairing forklifts, performing building maintenance, or working on small projects.

  • Use mills, lathes, and drill presses.

Role Overview:

  • This is a Maintenance Project Specialist position. You will be responsible for the overall maintenance, installation, repair, and diagnosis of both old and new machinery.

Shift, Time, and Pay:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

  • Pay: Competitive hourly wage 35$-43$

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.

  • Ability to work with voltages up to 480V.

  • Proficiency in using mills, lathes, and drill presses.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
