Aston Carter Finance Associate (Entry Level) in Wheeling, Illinois

Description:

Currently in the middle of merging 3 production sites to one location. The PM working on project is moving to a new project, and are looking to have a consultant maintain financial objectives and planning for the merge. Project is slated for completion by the end of August/early september. Hours will be between 30-40 per week. Seeking candidates looking to build career in project management, and looking to make a hiring decision ASAP!

Onsite Monday-Friday, no hybrid/remote flexibility

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Inventory models (building new and manipulating existing models)

  • Write inventory models

  • Maintain timeline and budget

  • Contact vendors to set up meetings

  • Create ghost orders

  • Partner with multiple departments to assign tasks and pull information

  • Seeking highly organized individual

  • Present updates to leadership team

-Track Project update and timeline in SmartSheet

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 0-1+ years of financial project management experience

  2. Exposure to financial models

  3. Intermediate Excel knowledge

  4. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
