Description

Amazing opportunity for a talented administrative professional. This highly visible position will work for a stable, dynamic organization and will provide administrative support for the sales efforts of the company. This is a Monday-Friday on site position. Recruiter: Connie Stathopoulos

This position has the following responsibilities:

· Management and coordination of all the administrative tasks necessary to support the go-to- market strategies and challenges of the Sales Department

· Direct support to one or more Sales Managers; supporting their needs in servicing the customers

· Attending and offering administrative support during in-town Sales Shows

· Preparing product price quotes for customers

· Preparing sales reports as needed using system generated reporting and Excel-based formats

· Prepare correspondence for Sales Managers, addressed to customers, manufacturer’s representatives and sales brokers

· Responding to customer inquiries and requests

· Processing Product Sample Orders - enter sample orders in system, perform quality checks and facilitate shipment/fulfillment

· Coordinate travel plans of sales managers.

· Coordinate Sales Shows, including manager schedules, travel and entertainment scheduling.

· Prepare expense reports for assigned Sales Managers.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative or customer service support role within a sales department.

· Bachelor’s Degree or professional experience equivalent a plus

· Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets. ERP systems such as Oracle experience a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

· Well organized, with strong multi-tasking skills-set.

· Looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· The ability to work independently is a must.
