Job Description General Responsibilities: Are you looking for an opportunity to join a great team? In this role, you will collaborate with the administrative team to assist with accounting, Construction Materials Scheduling calls and coordination; and assist with various office administrative tasks.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision, provides moderate to complex administrative support for an office, a department and/or group of professionals. Answers front telephones, screens calls and forwards messages. Takes scheduling phone calls and emails for Construction Materials Testing project. May handle calendaring, travel arrangements and coordination of day-to-day activities. Coordinates the collection and submittal of department or office time sheets. May be responsible for preparing invoices and billing clients. May be responsible for courtesy/collection calls. Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Friendly and proactive demeanor. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. Experience with Microsoft Office. Strong skills in Excel. Strong organizational skills.
