What\'s involved in this role: We are looking for a PM Feta Laborer in Weyauwega, WI. The Feta Laborer position is responsible for completing a variety of packaging and sanitation duties to assist with the safe and efficient operation of the feta and conversion departments. Duties include: Perform vacuum packing as required. Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply. Complete required paperwork and quality checks (i.e. X-Ray checks, sampling, etc.) in a legible manner. Wash tubs as required. Perform Master Sanitation/CIP duties as required. Set up the packaging lines for the next day.
