Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Business Units (d/f/m)

• Come and join a fantastic team in the company headquarter working together with a dedicated global FP&A team and people across the globe to drive business impact, grow and learn.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of financial reporting and analysis for the respective global Business Units.

• Support BU organisation in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process.

• Support product managers with profitability and sales reporting and analysis to enable building porfolio strategies.

• Support the development of business plans for new product development.

• Continously improve reporting & planning processes to drive efficient decision making to drive growth and maintenance of a healthy product portfolio.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (Bachelor, Master in Finance or equivalent)

• 3-5 years experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D related environment ideally commercial exposure.

• Strong analytical skills and strong business acumen to understand complex product portfolios and product life cycles as well as go-to market strategies.

• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to build consistent reporting and modelling in Power BI and Excel, ability to adopt future developments in the BI environment, experience with SAP.

• customer oriented, structural thinking and sensitive to deadlines.

• Fluent in German & English
