Abbott Marketing Business Insights (m/f/d) Structural Heart in Wetzlar, Germany

Abbott’s Structural Heart team drives innovation and clinical research, aiming to enhance lives. They collaborate with physicians on clinical trials and prioritize continuous improvement in medicine. Within the German Structural Heart team, we are recruiting a Business Insights and Market Modeling Product Manager. This is a B2B environment to help bridge the gap between data science and commercial country business operations, ensuring that data insights lead to tangible improvements and innovations in business& marketing processes. Germany represents the largest market in EMEA for Structural Heart, and this position will play a critical role in driving its future success.

The role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and drive decision-making processes as well as leading projects that translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and owning dedicated tactical projects that are derived therefrom.

What you will do:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

  • Develop and maintain databases for projects and department functions.

  • Lead and coordinate Market Modelling & Marketing analytics.

  • Create compelling visualizations and reports for stakeholders.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Consult with executives to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Craft presentations based on data-driven recommendations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Utilize business intelligence for informed decision-making.

  • Identify and manage project-related risks.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Marketing.

  • Proven experience in data analysis in a B2B environment .

  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel or SAS.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal skills for gathering customer requirements.

  • Familiarity with Master Data Management and MedTech market.

  • Fluency in German and English languages is a must.

  • Marketing experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel 30-40%.
