Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I, based in Weston, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets in a non-remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient use of a proprietary case management system to create cases

• Review CT Scans for conformity to specific protocols

• Utilize specialized software to segment CT Scans and create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for Robotic Surgery

• Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using previously created Digital Bone Models

• Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy in anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning

• Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel

• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures

• Deliver consistent output by strictly following work instructions

• Possess proficiency in English for effective communication and reading

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe Photoshop for various tasks Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service

• Familiarity with planning processes and procedures

• Proven ability to ensure quality and review production methods

• Strong communication skills in English language

• Proficient with digital tools including Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites

• Basic understanding of Assertion Markup Language and SharePoint Administration

• Prior experience with case management will be considered a plus

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

• Capable of onsite troubleshooting and equipment replacement

• Excellent computer skills

• Surgical skills are not required but will be considered as a bonus

• Experience in meeting targets and positioning products or services
