Position Purpose:

Our customers depend on us for excellent value, expertise, dependable delivery, and hands-on service. The Project Manager accepts the challenge of large, complex ideas, and coordinates and manages departmental and client-driven projects to provide on-time delivery of project work packages. The Project Manager will reach objectives using project management concepts and techniques to provide realistic estimates in time and costs, to define and prioritize the steps for project planning for the successful execution of the project.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

  • Provide business analysis support during requirements gathering, solution validation, and execution.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

  • Collaborate with management, clients, and internal associates in various departments to gain information, advice and cooperation from them. Build strong working relationships and share expertise. Work closely with internal associates and/or external clients to understand business requirements and promote successful implementation of the project.

  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and resolve conflicts within the team.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions.

  • Build and maintain key business relationships.

  • Share lessons learned and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of business analysis experience

• 5+ years of project management experience or related experience in enterprise environments.
