Charles Schwab and Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Manager, Software Development and Engineering (ref. Code 2024-105096 in Westlake, TX.

Job Duties: Resolve problems through systematization, and develop high availability and low latency system architectures for trading runtime. Develop predictive analytics and monitoring for trading infrastructure. Develop CI/CD orchestration systems to reduce friction for software delivery to production. Develop tools, frameworks and instrumentation to validate and increase rollout success for applications using best practices and processes. Perform real-time troubleshooting of trading workflows and incorporate feedback to product development. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwabs internal approach to workplace flexibility

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelors experience in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
