Job Title: R&D Lab TechnicianJob Description

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an R&D Lab Technician who will be providing support to our R&D department. The focus will be on NPD, cost, quality, supply assurance, and operational support for our Auto care brands and fragrances. This role will involve working within the R&D lab environment, testing new products, chemicals, and components. The job responsibilities also include performing tests as per the plan provided by our R&D engineers, following SOPs & JSAs during lab tests, working occasionally with compressed air, nitrogen, and aerosol products, and adhering to safety requirements and policies. The candidate will also conduct product quality checks by taking samples from production as per the plan provided by our technical staff and help ensure that lab equipment and materials are organized. Furthermore, the role involves data entry and updating formulation information.

Work Environment

The work environment is R&D for Energizer's Auto care line with a focus on fragrances and air fresheners. The start time is flexible between 7:30 and 8:30 am, from Monday to Friday, on the 1st shift. This role might require long periods of standing and working with fragranced products, hence, candidates with severe allergies are advised not to apply.
