Job Summary

The Workforce Manager plays an important role at TA in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness in our labor utilization. This role focuses on continuous improvement, optimization, and impact planning across all profit centers, aimed at improving and delivering strategic goals for optimized labor and technological advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Continued detailed analysis of WFM data to identify improvement opportunities

  • Drive the implementation and change management of optimization projects focusing on system efficiency and user satisfaction, aligning with the vision for continuous improvement

  • Review areas to improve previous forecasts and incorporate into upcoming models

  • Work with the operations leadership team in an office environment supporting all lines of operation and collaborate with system operators and technology team members to refine functionality and ensure smooth integration and operational excellence

  • Partner with the finance department to develop both short and long-term capacity plans and provide accurate workload forecasts for staff planning and budgeting

  • Provide support to each department to resolve issues affecting personnel relating to staffing, payroll, or capacity (i.e. implementation of new initiatives, acquisitions, and/or changes that affect customer contact patterns)

  • Support release management including the delivery of communications, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged with new system updates and changes.

  • Manage the prioritization of system configuration efforts within Logile and the WFM vendor, managing the in-house delivery of basic configuration and supporting the management of complex requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience in system analysis and optimization

  • LSS/Process Improvement/Project Management experience a plus

  • Good organizational and communication skills including being an active listener

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work with limited direction, be self-motivated and have a creative approach to problem solving

  • Ability to work closely with technology teams and system operators to implement strategic enhancements.

  • Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels of the business

  • Action oriented; Ability to adapt to change and implement quickly based on overall direction and needs of the company

  • Expertise in managing department-specific WFM tags, enhancing system utility and performance consistency across the organization.

  • Deep expertise in labor forecasting and analytics, focusing on optimizing system performance and user satisfaction
