1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Engineering and Testing Overview The Customer Security Assurance (CSA)Manager is responsible for the delivery of security compliance and privacy information to customers via various means. This position will also manage the content and access to the company's Trust Center and work directly with the Proposal Services Team and Sales Contracting for responding to Request for Proposal responses and customer defined security questionnaires defines company's engagement in developing a strong trust model performs cloud environments and corporate security and compliance programs audits and prioritizes customer requests based on Service Level Agreement. This role will also manage a team of customer security assurance analysts to direct their daily functions and to provide support for necessary escalations. What you will be doing Oversee the development and management of security controls to safeguard the security, integrity and confidentiality of all customer products. Define and implement updates to security development lifecycle Remain current on latest security techniques, strategies and tools; Ensure the implementation of leading edge techniques Serve as an internal security and compliance subject matter expert Interface with external customers and partners and security auditors as authority on security of company products. Answer questions for customers and partners about all facets of product security and compliance. Oversee evaluation of company products against various regulatory and/or certification standards and assist R&D leadership with determining any changes required to achieve compliance. Lead teams to deliver new product security functionality. Identify training needs. Oversee the training and development of new and experienced staff. Recruit and retain employees; provide frequent performance and developmental feedback to team members. Provide managerial guidance to team members to complete their assigned duties. Work with the leadership team to provide appropriate resources to accomplish objectives. Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Fast learner, highly organized and experience in demonstrating focus to lead teams to complete the highest priorities.
