Description We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Westlake, Ohio, in the Service industry. This role will primarily involve delivering successful client implementations, providing ongoing client support, and acting as a liaison between various teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate data between proprietary and standard file formats to resolve business issues

• Document and implement functional requirements, technical specifications, and template documentation designs according to client's business needs

• Review complex data files, create mapping documents, interpret client requirements, and provide guidance on best practices

• Utilize SQL databases to analyze inputs/outputs and identify necessary coding changes

• Communicate effectively with clients, including executive level stakeholders, technical and non-technical resources

• Collaborate with internal departments, including information technology, to develop or enhance client products

• Identify and implement opportunities for improvements and escalate issues for resolution as needed

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients

• Manage the implementation of new payment delivery technology projects in coordination with the Project Management Team

• Participate in internal daily stand-up meetings related to the projects you are involved in. Requirements • In-depth experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Proficiency in using Crystal Reports for business analysis and reporting

• Significant experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development of functional specifications, system configuration, and user acceptance testing

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate process improvements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to a wide range of audiences

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in work output

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret a variety of complex data

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
