POSITION SUMMARY G&J Pepsi-Cola is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will report directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain with a dotted line to the Director of Supply Chain. This position will have an active role in efficiency improvements and cost control of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. The position requires an in-depth understanding of delivery processes and analytical skills. The candidate will also work closely with cross functional leaders on supply chain initiatives to achieve organization objectives. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage CHEP pallet process to ensure movements of CHEP pallets are accurately recorded in CHEP portal with the goal of minimizing annual financial exposure for lost pallets. Manage orders and deliveries for warehouse customers. Coordinate warehouse to retailer pallet and POS programs. Partner with Senior Director of Supply Chain and other functional leaders on organizational initiatives (Ex. OTR Routing) Provide support to logistics team with regards to routing, delivery frequency, and market reviews Partner with field sales and selling teams to develop strategies to improve customer in-stock rates. Utilize data to identify operating efficiencies with route to market. Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors. Maintains confidentiality of financial information, pricing and product costs, customer information, and other sensitive and confidential information. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of the normal schedule as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required. SELECTION CRITERIA Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, a related field or equivalent relevant experience required Ideal candidate would have an understanding of supply chain operations in a manufacturing and distribution environment Proven strong quantitative and analytical skills, including demonstrating experience identifying, defining, and resolving complex problem, and interpreting data to establish facts and draw valid conclusions to provide effective solutions. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills with ability to convey complex information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
