Job Title: Project Executive (PX) - Data Centers & Heavy Manufacturing Builds

Location: Multiple Locations (Toledo, OH; Fort Wayne, IN; Elyria, OH; Fredericktown, OH; Milford, OH; Annapolis Junction, MD; Richmond, VA; Chesapeake, VA; Carnegie, PA, a few others)

Base Pay: $140k - $160k, potentially could go higher depending on experience

Bonus/Incentive Pay: $25k - $40k

Travel: 50%

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement, open communication, personal connection, and support for all team members and stakeholders.

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients to facilitate project delivery.

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate and client policies.

• Confer with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties/responsibilities, and delegate authority.

• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.

• Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframes, funding limitations, project procedures, staffing requirements, and available resources for various phases of the project.

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of experience/knowledge in construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.

Type of Projects:

• Data Centers & Heavy Manufacturing/Industrial Facilities (like solar panel, battery OR EV production)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
