Be you ... be here.* Job Summary The Marketing Technology Platforms team is dedicated to managing and executing across digital marketing platforms, services, and consulting to enable a broad set of business goals using digital marketing technologies. The Specialist, Marketing Technology Platforms provides strategy, consultation, execution, and administration of the enterprise Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager). Essential Job Functions

  • Oversight and operations of the enterprise digital Content Management System (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager. Work within an Agile environment that includes User Experience, Customer Experience, development, and business stakeholder teams. - (70%)
  • Perform quality assurance testing (QA) alongside development and IT QA teams for new feature development. Monitor data quality within digital marketing technology products. Train and support marketing staff on using digital marketing technology products. - (10%)
  • Develop strong business relationships with internal clients, IT, UX, Analytics, Compliance, Information Security and Marketing teams. - (10%)
  • Develop near-term strategies to optimize technical platforms. Turn various requirements (UX, Marketing, Testing & Optimization, Digital Analytics, etc.) into actionable plans and functional designs, offering technical and CMS platform recommendations. Work with leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure platforms align with business goals. - (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in applicable field
  • 2+ years Enterprise class content management systems experience with proven ability to read & write HTML / JS / CSS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 5+ years Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, specifically Content & Experience Fragments and Assets, as well as digital analytics and testing & optimization platforms a plus.

Reports To: Senior Manager and above Direct Reports: 0 Work Environment

  • Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location.
