Job Overview

Process International and Domestic customer orders and support all related activities. Process International and Domestic customer orders and support all related activities.

Salary for this role is expected to be $45k - $50k annually dependent on experience and qualifications.

A Day In The Life

  • Processing of sales orders

  • Analyze all international orders to ensure compliant with regulations

  • Receive and reply to customers inquiries

  • Review open order report related to international exports

  • Generate invoices, packing slips and other documents required to export

  • Facilitate freight forwarder pick up for export

  • Submitting SED / Generating ITN

  • Issue USMCA/Certificate of Origin

  • Resolving freight/shipping/customs issues

  • Prepare BIS Report for specific products

  • Reception coverage as needed

  • General and Administrative tasks and other projects as assigned

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Associates Degree preferred

  • Knowledge of International Export shipments

  • AES, USMCA, SED, SLI and other foreign documentation required for international freight

  • Experience with UPS, FED, DHL, including other International Freight forwarders

  • Computer proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • NetSuite experience is a plus
