Primary Purpose

The Talent Advisor-Sales will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for professional Sales positions from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle, and offer while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

  • Serve as the strategic Sales Talent Advisor by actively maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire best in class talent.

  • Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions while building talent pipelines for future career opportunities.

  • Partner with the Director of Talent and Senior Leaders to establish and manage strategy delivery and execution.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruiting strategies and best practices that contribute to a world-class hiring experience for talent stakeholders.

  • Responsible for reporting and monitoring staffing metrics such as TTH, costs per hire and turnover rate, to evaluate effectiveness.Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Min/Preferred Education Level Description: 4 Years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years

Recruiting for Sales

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required to succeed in these positions.

  • Knowledge of sales metrics and performance indicators.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Familiar with current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.

  • 25%-30% travel required to attend hiring events, job fairs, networking events and other recruitment activities.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.

Salary Range

$66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year
