ManpowerGroup Support Engineer II in Westborough, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their team. As a Support Engineer II, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting various robotics and fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep technical background, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Engineer II

Location: Remote - USA

Pay Range: $28 - $30 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Deep-dive into and resolve technical issues allocated via our in-house ticketing system.

  • Utilize various data sources and logs to identify hardware or software faults, including addressing performance issues, server issues, and station malfunctions.

  • Collaborate with on-site technicians and engineers, guiding their troubleshooting efforts, and partner with software development engineers for seamless integration and functionality across all systems.

  • Participate in live troubleshooting sessions via conference bridge, coordinating resolution efforts, and escalating as needed.

  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our processes and procedures, participate in internal projects, and help enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What’s Needed?

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years of technical support experience supporting enterprise systems, platforms, or applications in a first-line (or above) operations team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience with technical troubleshooting inclusive of pulling and reading logs, interpreting dashboards, and responding to service alerts/alarms.

  • Proficiency with Linux and running SQL queries, prior hands-on experience in working with AWS applications and environments.
