Primary Purpose
The Senior Data Integration Analyst is a key subject matter expert responsible for leading the execution of integrations and data migrations within our Enterprise Data Integration Team. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data workflows and integration methodologies, ensuring seamless interface between internal and external systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to drive strategic data initiatives that support business objectives.
Essential Functions
• Lead and execute complex data integration initiatives, including data extraction, transformation, and migration across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement best-in-class data integration strategies, ensuring efficiency, scalability and security in enterprise data workflows.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define data requirements, optimize integration processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Assess and mitigate risks proactively, identifying potential barriers to successful project completion and developing effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding cross-functional teams through data lifecycle phases, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and data governance standards, maintaining compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the technical architecture and design of integration solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance integration processes, automation, and system efficiency.
• Champion the adoption of AGILE methodologies, optimizing workflows, improving collaboration, and enhancing project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, tool glossaries, process guidelines, and system reference materials for enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and system performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Min/Preferred Education Level Description
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in data extraction, transformation, mapping and migration across various platforms.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Experience with ETL frameworks, API integrations, and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud computing platforms, and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong expertise in data integration tools and platforms (Informatica preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide data integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques to optimize data workflows.
• Experience working with cloud-based and on-premise data architectures, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data processes.
• Experience coordinating and executing testing protocols to validate data integrity and system functionality.
• Knowledge of AGILE project management methodologies, with a strong ability to drive process improvements.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range
$77,400.00 – $112,200.00 / year
