Description

Looking for an experienced IT Manager/Specialist to join a team in the MA area. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's information technology projects and ensuring that all systems run smoothly and align with the business goals. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing both hardware and software resources, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill the business's technology needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute IT functions, including selecting hardware and software, managing networks, and implementing technology policies.

• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security.

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.

• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department.

• Oversee and manage vendors and contractors.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Microsoft Technologies to optimize business operations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy policies.

Requirements

• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies is required.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial.

• Knowledge and understanding of privacy policies is necessary.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT-related issues.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in IT management would be advantageous.

• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies and systems.

• Strong project management skills to handle IT projects.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
