We are currently in search of a Technical Accounting Manager. The individual in this role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance, overseeing accounting functions, and auditing, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the organization's compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance

• Overseeing and directing various accounting functions

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations

• Utilizing tools such as Archer and BlackLine in the execution of duties

• Ensuring all financial practices align with the standards set by the SEC

• Handling technical accounting functions and financial reporting

• Providing guidance on compliance matters and implementing compliance policies and procedures

• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and changes in laws or regulations

• Working closely with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance with regulations

• Interpreting and providing guidance on complex regulatory and policy issues.

Requirements • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in SEC Regulations and Reporting

• Proficiency in using compliance software such as Archer and BlackLine

• Solid experience in Accounting Functions, Auditing, and Finance

• Expertise in Corporate Governance and Technical Accounting

• Prior experience in a managerial or directorial role in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry

• Strong understanding of compliance processes and procedures within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to interpret and apply SEC regulations to business practices

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proven track record of maintaining a high level of ethical conduct

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
