As an Insurance Specialist you will be responsible for helping customer’s and OneMain Auto resolve auto claims over the phone as quickly and accurately as possible.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Seamlessly handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calls to answer questions, obtain additional information and provide support for the customer throughout the claims process.

• Make high volume of outbound calls to follow up on status of pending claims and obtain additional information required to resolve claim as quickly as possible.

• Investigate, analyze and document auto claims in a timely fashion.

• Evaluates and negotiates the resolution of claims to achieve the best claim outcome for Foursight and our customers.

• Educate customers on insurance claim process and other ancillary insurance products.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Insurance claims experience preferred
