The Enrollment Generalist plays a crucial role in managing employee benefits and group insurance programs. They handle inbound calls, assess data, and provide information to employees and dependents. Additionally, they identify opportunities for program improvements and maintain accurate records of employee enrollments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries related to benefits and insurance programs.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist callers with their queries.

• Examine and assess data related to benefits utilization, program effectiveness, and employee needs.

• Combine information from various sources to provide accurate insights.

• Identify areas for program design modifications or administrative procedure changes.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.

• Record employee enrollments in benefits programs promptly and accurately.

• Ensure compliance with enrollment deadlines and documentation requirements.

• Explain intricate aspects of company insurance programs to employees and their dependents.

• Address complex queries and provide clear, concise explanations.

• Utilize specialized knowledge beyond typical Benefit Clerk duties.

• Possess in-depth understanding of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

• Experience in benefits administration, insurance, or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday 8 - 5:30 PM (rotating Saturdays during Open Enrollment

Hybrid Schedule after training - MON & FRI Remote
