What will you be doing?

As the Employee Experience and Platforms Partner, you will be key in defining and nurturing our company culture. You will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and manage initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work environment, and support the overall well-being and development of our employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives and programs to reinforce the company's core values and culture, ensuring initiatives are integrated into employee onboarding, ongoing development, and leadership training programs.

  • Selecting, implementing, and managing Employee Experience technology platforms for employee engagement, rewards, and recognition to ensure seamless integration and usability across all levels of the organization.

  • Designing and conducting employee engagement surveys, then effectively communicate the findings to provide insights into employee satisfaction levels.

  • Developing and managing wellness initiatives that support not only the physical health of employees but also address mental and emotional well-being, offering resources and programs tailored to various aspects of employee health.

  • Planning, organizing, and executing various company-wide events and team-building activities, incorporating the launch of local culture ambassadors to support and enhance these efforts at the local level.

  • Managing the company's online employer ratings on employment-related platforms, ensuring a positive image is presented to potential candidates.

  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to assess and refine culture and employee experience initiatives continually.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Marketing, or similar role with proven track record in developing and implementing successful programs

  • Strong technical skills with experience managing digital platforms and employee engagement tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insight.

  • Understanding of HR practices and employee engagement strategies. Familiarity with current trends in workplace culture and employee well-being.
