Our client, one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in USA, is looking for Project Engineer - I in West Point, PA.

Job Title: Project Engineer - I / (shipping and receiving)

Location: West Point, PA

Pay rate: $53 per HR

Top/Must have skills:

Top skillset is the Warehouse Shipping/receiving experience.

Secondary skillsets would include Supply Chain, inventory/warehouse management, procurement (forecasting, analysis)

Primary responsibility would be the shipping point of contact.

Materials need to go to other site or external customers the shipping task would go to this role.

They work with the procurement, dispensers, receivers.

Secondary could help with supply chain-contacting vendors, getting info, confirming, procurement forecast analysis, warehouse management

Qualifications:

Required: BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences or equivalent (Associates acceptable w/good relevant experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum 4+ yrs Experience in Manufacturing, Materials management, Warehouse, or equivalent.

Knowledge Good Manufacturing Practices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Technical skills to be able to navigate. Attention to detail, communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Supply Chain- contacting vendors, Procurement skills (analyzing/forecasting), Facility/Warehouse inventory management

Experience working in an operations support role, technical writing – including investigations, SOPs

Responsibilities:

Materials Management (MM) supports R & D activities in the manufacture of clinical, stability, and developmental supplies by procuring and dispensing materials to internal Pilot Plant and external Contract Manufacturing Organizations.

The Materials Management Specialist is responsible for receiving, dispensing, and warehouse management of materials used in the preparation of clinical supplies, safety assessments, stability, and experimental formulated drug products. The Specialist will work with multiple business partners to ensure material availability required to support on time delivery.

Examples of activities:

Managing materials from receipt to release, including collection of all required documentation.

Inspecting incoming materials to verify contents and quality.

Supporting shipment of materials both locally and globally.

Dispensing Materials for clinical production.

Supporting forecast analysis for material procurement.

Supporting warehouse management activities.

Adhering to SOPs, cGMPs and safety procedures.
