Responsibilities Perform a broad range of cooking or reheating of items from a pre-cooked/pre-prepared/leftover state including the full array of meats, starches, fruit, and vegetables. Follow recipe guidelines, established menus, food preparation procedures, cooking instructions, codes and regulations. Disassemble, clean, sanitize, assemble, and operate large scale gas, electric, and steam kitchen equipment, components, and food contact surfaces. Maintain inventory accountability, stock rotation, and food protection.
