The pay rate for this job is $23 - $26 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Hours:  Monday - Friday 40 hours Duties include but are not limited to framing, siding working with exterior siding materials (metal), following specifications, and ensuring weather-tight construction, window and door installation, drywall/sheetrock, painting, etc.

• Duties may also include demolition, cleaning and organizing the work site, and carrying loading, and unloading materials.

• Other duties are to be assigned by your supervisor and may change from day to day.

• Tools Needed:  Power Impact Drill, hammer, tape measure, pencil, speed square, pry bar, and tool pouch/belt, and basic hand tools.

 Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction or have at least 2 years of on-the-job carpentry experience.

• Must have the ability to read a tape measure is required.

• Bending, twisting, lifting to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, working from ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and occasionally working outside in all types of weather.
