Job Overview: The Receptionist provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering inbound calls. Continuously offers the highest level of service to all corporate employees and their visitors. Maintains a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. As an effort to be a cross-trained team player, the receptionist may be called upon to assist in other service areas such as, but not limited to mail/shipping operations, hospitality and general office/facilities work based on operational needs to provide a top tier customer experience. salary: $47,840 - $49,920 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Ensure compliance with Nondisclosure Agreements for visitors.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary badges.

  • Handle global calls and escalate issues as needed.

  • Maintain phone lists and train backup staff.

  • Coordinate inbound deliveries and administrative tasks.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment.

  • Set up meeting and conference rooms.

  • Assist with copy/print orders and equipment maintenance.

  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions.

  • Provide additional support and coverage as required.

  • Seek out additional tasks during downtime.
