The Inbound Call Center Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers with a focus on providing excellent service.

• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring the customer's concerns are addressed and solutions are provided in a timely manner.

• Offer accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in understanding their options.

• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and completing transactions accurately.

• Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.

• Follow up on customer inquiries or issues that require further action, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
