As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment

• Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations

• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition

• Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs

• Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor

• This position requires the team member to drive company vehicles; the successful applicant will have an unrestricted driver’s license

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position

• Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties

• Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades

• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
