• Have and maintain a valid and acceptable Indiana driver's license
• Preference of 1-year work experience or education in the landscape industry, will train
• Ability to work with different machines including, mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers and various hand tools
• Willingness to learn a trade and apply oneself daily in serving others
• Ability to work safely and independently operating vehicles and equipment
• Effective communication skills

Job Description for Lawn Technician

• Provide landscape maintenance services in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner
• Carry out daily production assignments with consistent results
• Effectively utilize app-based technology to communicate work completed daily
• Accurately monitor products used daily to obtain successful outcomes
• Manage all equipment and vehicles to maintain safe working conditions
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve customer landscapes

Compensation

• Hourly wages based on qualifications and experience. Starting Wage $15/hour and Up
• Year round employment position
• 60-day probationary period
