**[Job Summary: [Responsible for oversight and management of construction and capital expenditure projects. Projects may include new ground up construction, existing property redevelopment and renovations, conversions, mechanical and electrical upgrades, interior and exterior renovations. Must have the ability to comprehend plans, specifications and other construction documents to effectively assure proper construction within the scope of the project with the interest of the Property Owner a priority. Schedule, coordinate and oversee day to day activities with general, sub, and trade contractors. Assure quality and adherence of the work to the construction documents.

  • Review construction documents and plan the project in coordination with the Director of Construction and Project Manager
  • Develop site logistic and construction operations plan
  • Maintain construction documents and logs as required
  • Maintain schedule and budget
  • Assure quality control
  • Communicate and coordinate construction activities with Property Management
  • Manage on site activities of contractors
  • Perform project close-out and assure project completeness
  • Office and fieldwork will be required
  • Maintain professional communication with the company development team, Divisional Managers, Property Managers and maintenance, architects, engineers, designers, and third-party owners.

  • 5 years experience as Construction Superintendent.
