Job Description

Clinical Nurse - Radiation Oncology Office Practice (MSK Westchester)

Join our dedicated team at MSKCC as a Clinical Nurse in our Radiation Oncology Office Practice. In this role, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, caring for patients of all ages. MSKCC is a leading cancer center, known for its commitment to advancing cancer care. As a Clinical Nurse, you will have the chance to contribute to ongoing improvements in cancer treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver flawless patient care in a radiation oncology clinical setting

• Assess and monitor patient's condition, including vital signs and treatment side effects

• Administer medications and treatments, strictly adhering to established protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine optimal treatment plans

• Educate patients and their families about radiation therapy and self-care measures

  Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse in an oncology setting

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.

• Current New York State RN license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to successfully implement evidence-based practice

  Pay Range $121,300- $154,450.00

  Additional Information:

• Location: 500 Westchester Avenue, West Harrison, NY 10604

• Schedule: Full-Time 4x10 hours Monday – Friday Flex 8AM-8PM
