In this role. you will provide data infrastructure, records, analysis and insight. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable decision points designed to achieve company and functional objectives. These objectives will be supported by the timely delivery of trusted and accurate data models. The data models will enable thorough analysis while also providing easily consumed insights for the function’s key stakeholders. This role will increase the quality and scope of available data.

This role may be located at any of the following Bobcat locations: Bismarck, ND; Gwinner, ND; Wahpeton, ND; West Fargo, ND; Litchfield, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Buford, GA or Statesville, NC

Role & Responsibility

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making Culture

  • Understand business strategies and workforce challenges to collaborate with stakeholders on utilizing data and analytics effectively.

  • Assist data customers in leveraging data insights and storytelling to deliver solutions that address business needs.

Provide Data Support for HR Initiatives

  • Offer data, analysis, and insights for various talent and HR initiatives.

  • Develop intuitive scorecards and measurement tools to help HR demonstrate business value and drive continuous improvement.

Promote HR Metrics and Dashboards

  • Advocate for the use of HR metrics and dashboards, utilizing tools such as SuccessFactors Story reports and Power BI.

  • Ensure the accessibility and usability of metrics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • Engage in requirements and data gathering, analyzing data to provide proposals and recommendations based on key analytics and insights.

  • Prioritize data cleanliness and accuracy through ongoing data cleansing efforts.

Data Visualization and Storytelling

  • Create compelling data visualizations on dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources to craft meaningful narratives.

  • Connect data points to tell a cohesive story that informs HR strategies and decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR key stakeholders to refine people data and processes, enhancing efficiency and usability.

  • Solicit feedback to ensure that data solutions align with stakeholder needs and objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field Masters degree preferred

  • Experience: 5>10 years

  • Travel: <10%

  • At least five years of combined experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and advanced reporting, and calculated field work

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics tools (Story, Canvas, Tiles, and Dashboard Reports)

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e. Snowflake, Power BI, etc.)

  • Solid experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics tools

  • HR domain knowledge and experience

  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
