Description:

• Outbound dial interested customers and engage with them to set appointments for sales team

• Maintain availability for inbound calls for customers who funnel to us directly from our website or via a customer referral

• Manage individual performance and ensure quotas are met

• Document each and every customer interaction in our CRM (Salesforce), demonstrating a strong written word and utilizing professional language

• Exemplify a positive, uplifting, and competitive environment with peers and supervisors. Participate in gamification and team meeting opportunities

Skills:

• Telecommunication, outbound calls, sales, inbound calls, telemarketing, customer service, call center, cold calling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Outbound call experience required

• Good communication skills
