Wells Fargo Senior Business Execution Consultant - Content Designer in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Content Designer for Unsecured Lending Operations as part of the Product Transformation Team. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for cross-channel customer communications and employee facing applications

  • Lead moderate to complex industry-leading user experience solutions with a focus on content

  • Interact with customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies

  • Review and analyze moderately complex Content Design business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Resolve moderately complex issues independently and support team to meet functional area, project, or process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with Content Design peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of UX writing experience

  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing content strategies that align with product and business objectives

  • 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to create engaging user experiences

  • Prefer experience using Figma (will consider InVision or Adobe XD) to edit and contribute to designs

  • Experience creating and maintaining copy decks

  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective cross-channel content strategies

  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies to inform content strategy and usability

  • Familiarity with JIRA for task management

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
