We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for the development and architecture of Salesforce applications, data modeling, and performance optimization. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect Salesforce applications, utilizing skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Implement Salesforce declarative tools and customization capabilities to enhance functionality.

• Oversee data modeling procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

• Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and platforms to improve user experience.

• Utilize knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools in integration projects.

• Use Salesforce Integration Cloud for seamless integration of Salesforce applications with other systems.

• Maintain and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud to support sales processes.

• Leverage Salesforce Lightning Platform to build enterprise applications.

• Develop B2B and B2C solutions using SAAS products.

• Resolve complex technical issues using strong problem-solving skills.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent leadership abilities.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the role of Salesforce Technical Lead or similar positions

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required

• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Strong skills in API Development

• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration

• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs

• Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration

• Experience with Salesforce Integration is necessary

• Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Cloud is desired

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform is essential

• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is required

• Strong skills in Apex Visualforce

• Proficiency in Lightning Components

• Familiarity with ETL - Extract Transform Load is necessary

• Experience with REST Soap is desired

• Knowledge of B2B SaaS is essential
