As a Lean Deployment champion, you'll strategically guide the team's journey toward operational excellence by bringing fresh perspectives to processes and harnessing innovation to drive improvements. You will be our beacon of change, realigning and optimizing processes, spotting defects, and reducing cost, all while ensuring operations are ticking like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

Sounds exciting, right? But what do we need from you?

• Knowledge and expertise in Six Sigma & Lean continuous improvement methodologies – you MUST be Black Belt Certified.

• 3-5 years of experience leading continuous improvement or project management roles.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a similar field, but a Master's degree would be a cherry on top!

• An analytical mind with the ability to conclude data and metrics.

• Excellent communication capabilities, making complex topics easy to understand.

• A strong business and tech-savvy mindset with an open to fresh process perspectives.
