Provide technical leadership in analyzing computer systems for retail and supply chain domains; perform data analysis using PL/SQL; use Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy for project tracking and management; utilize SoapUI and Postman APIs to analyze data; use ITIL framework to support operational activities of applications; formulate and define systems and objectives through research and analysis of functional/business needs of applicable provisioning and support systems within the Supply Chain functions; participate in software and hardware releases, rigorous testing, and installation tasks; support implementation planning and other operational preparations; devise or modify procedures to resolve complex systems problems; integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities; act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment; interact with enterprise teams to design and develop solutions using the latest Cloud Technologies to support highly complex Supply Chain Systems; focus on improving inventory accuracy for Supply Chain across the enterprise; analyze and translate business requirements into technology solutions; perform data analysis by creating and implementing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences; and guide and mentor junior-level analysts.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience performing data analysis using PL/SQL; of which three (3) years of experience include analyzing computer systems in retail or supply chain domains; using Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy for project tracking and management; and of which one (1) year of experience includes utilizing SoapUI or Postman APIs to analyze data; and using ITIL framework to support operational activities of applications.*
