JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide design services for temporary and permanent entertainment structures

• Evaluate and determine structural load rating of new and existing structures

• Provide onsite construction inspections and safety inspections of existing structures

• Supervise preparation of design drawings for client review, permitting, and construction

• Travel is required 1-2 per months after training

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with simultaneous schedules

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be outgoing and personable

• Experience with structural provision,

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain license within one year

• Experience generating calculations and construction details for steel and aluminum

• Experience with the structural provisions of the codes including seismic requirements MathCAD, RISA, and AutoCAD

• Experience with mechanical design and/or equipment a plus
