Job Description:

Coordinates data collection for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the MDS, CAAS, RAPS and the Multidisciplinary Care Plan. Provide high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult, Geriatric

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in nursing (ADN) required.

Health care experience within the last five years preferred.

Long Term Care experience two years preferred

Prefer experience in the RAI process.
