Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production processes in our facility. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling materials or equipment, conducting inspections, assisting with shipping tasks, and ensuring quality control measures are met.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Assemble materials or components according to production needs.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Assist in packaging and shipping finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in using power tools.
